CNC controlled programming and processing provides a ‘drawing to component’ solution for custom made parts produced to customers exacting specifications and standards. Products include, Solid Bearings, Cylinders, Shafts,Retainer Plates, Split Rings, Blocks, Flanges and other bespoke machined components.

An extensive stock holding of raw materials, enables us to efficiently provide prototypes through to full batch volumes and customer specific design parts in materials including, mild and alloy steel, aluminium bronze, brass, stainless steel, titanium, duplex & high nickel alloys.

Complete Supply

We can provide a complete supply service with additional engineering processes including spark eroding, EDM drilling, deep hole drilling, grinding, slotting, broaching, shot peening, grit blasting, and protective finishes including zinc plating, electroless nickel, chrome, phosphate & PTFE coating.

We can also provide full VMI services and assembly or packaging of parts to customer requirements and specifications.
